Refund policy


What's our return policy?

At Reshapehub, we offer a "30-day product return guarantee" (counted from the date of receipt) for products purchased on our website. If you encounter any of the following situations upon receiving your order, please contact our customer service department within 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange:

  • The product is damaged upon receipt.
  • The product received is different or incomplete compared to the ordered  product.
  • The product is found to be expired upon receipt.

For situations 1 and 2 above, please reach out to our customer service department immediately on the day of receipt. Please note that only unopened products can be returned. Certain products that have been discounted, opened, used, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return or replacement.

What's our refund policy?

Undamaged products can be refunded within 30 days after receipt. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@reshapehub.com or xxxxx.

Sale items (if applicable)

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@reshapehub.com and send your item to: [your address].

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
