What is our policy for returns?
For products bought on our website, Reshapehub offers a "30-day product return guarantee" (counted from the day of receipt). To start a return or exchange within 30 days of the date of arrival, please get in touch with our customer care department if you experience any of the following after receiving your order:
- Upon receipt, the product is damaged.
- The product that was ordered and what was received are not the same.
- Upon receipt, it is discovered that the goods has expired.
Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible on the day of receipt for the first and second scenarios mentioned above. Kindly note that we may only accept returns for products that are unopened. Careless customers may destroy, open, use, or devalue some items, making them non-refundable or returnable.
What is our refund policy?
Items with quality problem are eligible for refunds within 30 days. Customer service will send you an email to tell you the status of your refund ASAP after your return requirement has been reviewed. If your refund is accepted, your return will be handled and your refund will be sent back to the original payment method you used with 10-15 working days.
Missing or delayed refunds (if any)

Regrettably, sales products are not eligible for refunds; only regularly priced items are.

Please send an email to service@reshapehub.com to start an exchange so that the return shipping address can be provided.
Delivery
You are in charge of paying the return shipping charges for your item. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you live. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received, so if you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we advise utilizing a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance.
